Doug spends so much time with us when we're home that he really hasn't had much opportunity to use his lovely pen and doggie door we made for him. The other day, Michael was in the shop and called Doug through his door. Doug obediently tried to enter the shop through the doggie door, then got entirely stuck. Michael was going to snap a picture, but Doug was so upset Michael didn't have time. I guess Doug has been sneaking in some donuts on the side, because he's gotten a little chunky. :)
Michael then proceeded to call Doug through the door two more times. Doug obeyed both times. Doug got stuck both times. Consequently, when I was in Joplin the other day, I upgraded his exit to extra-large. What a porker!
